Grace Park is a trust and estates litigation and estate planning attorney. Grace has extensive litigation experience. Prior to joining Law Offices of Russell M. Ozawa in 2024, Grace practiced employment litigation defense, successfully defending employers in a wide range of employment and wage and hour matters before state and federal courts. Grace's representative matters include:

• Obtained dismissals or de minimis settlements in dozens of single-plaintiff employment actions alleging sexual harassment, discrimination, leave and reasonable accommodation violations, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
• Successfully defended employers against complaints filed with the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the California Civil Rights Department (CRD).
• Prevailed on a motion for summary judgment, obtaining a complete dismissal of an insurance bad faith case, which was later affirmed on appeal.

Grace received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. In her free time, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
